Armchair joins Institute of Customer Service
The Institute of Customer Service (ICS) is a professional body whose prime purpose is to lead customer service performance and professionalism.
As specialists in providing an enhanced customer experience from a phone call, customer service is all important to ourselves and our clients. So Armchair joining the ICS at the beginning of this year makes perfect sense.
